Is it real leather?
Yes. Every Greymont is made from genuine leather. Pebbled designs show the leather's natural grain, and croc designs are embossed into real leather for texture.
Pebbled or croc-embossed — which should I choose?
Both are genuine leather. Pebbled keeps the leather's natural grain and reads quieter. Croc-embossed is textured and makes more of a statement. Colour is the other call: brown and espresso sit easily with most suits, while navy and green stand out a little more.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We photograph every design in natural light to keep colours accurate, but screens vary. Because it's genuine leather, each bag also has small natural differences in grain and shade. That's part of its character, not a defect.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and popular wallets, all processed securely by Razorpay. All prices include taxes.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Any charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How soon will it ship?
Orders are dispatched within 2 days and usually arrive 3–7 working days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as it ships. Shipping policy.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently deliver to addresses across India only.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it's dispatched, for a full refund. Email info@greymont.co.in with your order number. Once it has shipped, our returns and exchanges policy applies instead.
How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 3 days from delivery to ask for a return or an exchange. The bag needs to be unused with its original packaging and tags intact, and a ₹250 reverse-shipping charge applies. Email info@greymont.co.in or DM us on Instagram to start one. Read the full policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once the bag reaches us and passes inspection (usually 2–3 working days), refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, less the ₹250 reverse-shipping charge.
How do I care for it?
Keep it away from direct water — too much exposure can ruin leather. If it does get wet, wipe it dry straight away. Use a neutral shiner on it when it needs reviving.
